Automated with Speech Recognition With the advancements of speech recognition over the last few years, speech recognition has become an intregal feature. You can set the level of integration. From strict affirmative detection to simple transcription. Speech Recognition will offer a more complete TPV, and reduce the costs for quality control, and in some cases removing the need entirely for quality control.

 Question Repeat - If a queston was not answered correctly the outbound telemarketing agent (if on the call) can repeat the question.
  TPV Pause - If a customer has a question, the outbound telemarketing agent can pause the TPV, and clear up the question and then resume.

Text and Email TPV status notifications

Your marketing partners and optionally their individual agents can get real time texts and emails of the status of the verifications. This is especially valuable for door to door campaigns. The agent will know immediately if they need to follow up with the potential customer. For telemarketing, this is another way for them to remotely keep up with the progress of their call centers.



 
 

Modern Organized Desktop & Mobile Friendly Management

All aspects of your service is monitored and managed from one single user friendly interface. Starting with the informative Dashboard, you see at a glance the trends of each of your marketers. The responsive design allows you to easily switch from desktop browsers to your mobile devices.

Recordings are available to review directly after the call is complete. Individual Answer recordings and the full call recordings. The individual recordings reduce the quality control down to seconds per TPV versus someone listening to every question and answer. When used with Speech Recognition and realtime transription you can quickly see which answers were not recognized and listen to that specific answer to validate the call. We provide multiple levels of quality control with Energy TPV, and to give further flexibility you have the ability to assign the final status of the call. Giving you the ability to fully perform your own quality control.

Reporting One of the most asked questions is about reporting. The reason for this question is also the answer. The reporting needs to be customizable and made available in a variety of ways. We offer basic call detail and summary reporting with exporting to Excel functions. Beyond the standard reports our flexible platform allows your Energy TPV account manager to quickly add and modify reports that fit your specific needs. The reports can be retrieved from the web application real time, or from our FTP site nightly. We can also provide automated copies to your FTP server.

Marketer/Call Center and agent management You can add and edit your marketing partners and call centers on the fly. Once added, the marketer manager can add and edit their agents assigning their own custom Rep ID/Agent ID's. Reporting is then available to drill down the marketer and agent. They can monitor their progress and know what to expect regarding payment.

 

Electronic Document Signatures, Online Order Forms

As a suppliment or replacement for traditional TPV. Your customers can be directed to our Document Signing portal branded with your company logo and Energy TPV. The legal document is provided by you, and we will make it electronic signature compatible and available for your clients. After initiated from our API or our data entry application the customer will receive a text or email with a link to the document signature portal with documents prefilled with their information. In an easly to view format for all devices, they can easily read and sign the documents. Once signed, the customer will receive the signed copy of the documents in text or email. The signed document is then available for viewing along side the optional followup TPV in the same TPV retrieval page. Our Document Signing Portal is a fully copmliant legal document recognized by the E-Sign Act.



Online order forms are another way for your customers to sign up without being prompted. This is used for online advertising or door hangers and other print media and optional QR codes for quick navigation. Customers are directed to an easy to use online form. They fill out the form and sign. They get confirmation of the agreement. The online order forms and electronic signature is a legal document recognized by the E-Sign Act.

These options can be supplemented by an outbound TPV call. Once the signature is made a call can be placed to the customer to answer a few questions validating they have signed up for your service. You have control of the outbound settings. How long after they sign is the first call attempted. How many times will the call be attempted if not answered, and how many minutes in between retries. Recordings are avaliable immediately along side the signed documents.

 

Door to Door

With all of the features above combined with our simple to use mobile application, your door to door agents can easily enroll new customers. Using geolocaton you can ensure the agent was at the same location as your customer. To further legitimize the enrollment, you have the option to require the D2D agent to upload an image of the customers current utility bill.

Once the data has been entered, you can elect to send a text and email with a link to a prefilled contract for quick electronic signing in our document signing portal, or you can have a outbound call immediately initiated to the customer to go through the Automated or Live TPV process. You can also elect to do both TPV and Electronic signatures to ensure you are fully covered.

 

API Integrations, Customer Development

We offer an easy to use RESTful API for easy integration into our services. The API allows you to data transfer for verification purposes, Initiate text messages or emails for electronic document signing, initiate outbound TPV calls, Retrieve completed TPV's or contracts, and more. The best featur of our API is its dynamic nature. Rather than force you into a once size is mediocre for all solution, our solution allows us to customize the service to fit your needs perfectly.
